TOMATO HEIRLOOM HARVEST: Juicy summer heirloom tomatoes & cherry tomatoes, zucchini curls, basil, mint, rocket, cavalo nero, salad leaves, parsley & buckwheat, dressed in a preserved lemon & olive vinaigrette. Served with Labneh.            Vegetarian | GF | NF | EF

BIG FAT EGGPLANT & CHICKPEA: Roasted eggplant, spiced chickpeas, baby spinach, mixed lettuce leaves pomegranate seeds & summer herbs. Dressed in a Sumac & pomegranate molasses vinaigrette. Vegan | GF | DF | NF | EF

GLAZED BEETS: Balsamic glazed roasted beets, wheat berry, loads of fresh herbs, cavolo nero, spinach, rocket, salad leaves, grapes, dried blueberries, feta & roasted hazelnuts. With an orange & balsamic dressing. Vegetarian - Contains Gluten, Dairy & Nuts.

TABBOULEH CRUNCH: With diced cucumber, tomato, parsley, quinoa, red cabbage, red onion, mint, almond dukkah, cavolo nero & tahini whip.  Vegan | GF | DF | EF - Contains Nuts & Sesame Seeds 

HERBY GREENS: Broccolini, green beans, summer herbs, rocket, avocado. Served with our Green Goodness Dressing. Vegan | GF | DF | NF | EF
