Delivery Charges
Prices vary and are based on distance travelled.
Any location in the wider Auckland Area - Please contact Cher our catering manager for options & a quote.

Deliveries within Auckland city are often affected by traffic delays and parking issues, especially during peak times & with bad weather, so please allow up to 20 to 30 minutes before the intended delivery time for any unexpected delays when placing your order. Though we will do our best to deliver your food on time, we take no responsibility for delays outside our control, e.g., roadblocks, traffic jams, weather conditions etc.

Ordering & delivery
We require 48 hours notice for all Catering - the more notice you give us the better.

 

Any deliveries outside our regular delivery times or zones must go by courier & a separate charge will be calculated for this - please contact our catering manager for pricing options.


Cancellation or Order Alteration Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a charge of 30% of the total amount ordered. To cancel or alter an order you must contact the catering manager as soon as possible.

Covid Cancellations: If a cancellation is due to covid level changes we will contact you as soon as possible to find out if you would like a refund or to defer your order to another date. 

Pricing policy
Unless otherwise specified all prices are inclusive of GST.
Pricing may change slightly due to seasonal fluctuations, the pricing of these goods is beyond our control.

Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice unless a prior arrangement is made to pay monthly. On account customers payment is to be made monthly.
