HAZELNUT & CHOCOLATE BUCHE DE NOEL: This divine French-inspired Christmas Buche De Noel (Christmas log) features a light gluten-free chocolate sponge filled with toasted hazelnuts and chocolate mousse, covered in silky French chocolate buttercream, and topped with hazelnut praline. This is a very, very decadent Christmas treat that easily feeds a large crowd and lasts well in the fridge for up to 5 days. Feeds 15 -20 people as its very rich.
