Free-range Champagne Ham - 3kg Half a ham, glazed & baked in our house-made Boozy Whiskey Honey Mustard Marmalade. Served with condiments - Mustard, Mayo and Onion Jam. With your choice of 3 Medium Catering Salads & a Festive Dessert.

RAINBOW SUMMER BEETS  - With roasted rainbow beetroot, chickpeas, radish, cucumber, rocket, summer leaves, loads of fresh herbs, feta & roasted pistachio nuts. With herb dressing. GF/Vegetarian - Contains Dairy & Nuts.

TUSCAN TOMATO: Fresh summer heirloom tomatoes & cherry tomatoes, char-grilled capsicums, zucchini, roasted butter beans, basil, rocket, salad leaves, balsamic roasted onions & feta with a basil & sun-dried tomato dressing. Vegetarian - GF/NF/EF. - Contains Dairy

GREEK EGGPLANT: Roasted eggplant, olives, cucumber, baby spinach, salad leaves, basil & fresh pomegranate seeds with a lemon tzatziki dressing. Vegetarian - GF/NF/EF. - Vegan or Dairy-free option - swap the dressing for lemon, maple, cider vinaigrette

PAVLOVA STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE TART: A sweet vanilla-scented baked cheesecake tart topped with whipped mascarpone, strawberry compote, topped with meringue, pistachio & fresh summer berries. 

SUMMER ROULADE: A light vanilla sponge filled and decorated with summer fruits, berries, mini meringues, lemon curd & vanilla mascarpone cream.

BLACK FOREST CHOCOLATE ROULADE: Gluten-free chocolate sponge filled with a sour cherry compote, fresh blueberries & whipped vanilla mascarpone cream. Topped with silky French dark chocolate buttercream, fresh cherries & blueberries.

VEGAN STRAWBERRY OREO CHEESECAKE: A Strawberry cheesecake (vegan cream cheese) topped with fresh strawberries. This dessert is Dairy-free, Gelatine-free & Nut-free, It can be made Gluten-free as well on request. 

HAZELNUT & CHOCOLATE BUCHE DE NOEL: A divine French Xmas Buche De Noel (Xmas Log) with a gluten-free chocolate sponge filled with hazelnuts & chocolate mousse, covered in silky French chocolate buttercream & topped with hazelnut praline. PLEASE NOTE: THE BUCHE DE NOEL IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR XMAS EVE PICK-UP ORDERS.
