Glazed Ham

Our Freedom Farmed bone in Champagne ham is a deliciously moist ham that has been cured and lightly smoked, glazed it with your choice: 'Boozy Honey, Mustard Marmalade Glaze' or 'Pomegranate, Orange & Star Anise Glaze'.

Whole and half Hams are glazed and cooked, ready for you to slice & serve or we can slice some of it for you. All Whole and half Hams Are served with Wholegrain Mustard, Relish and mayo. Half Hams are usually boneless, all Whole hams contain the bone.

A Whole Ham - feeds 40 (approx 7-8kg).
Half Ham - feeds 20 (approx 3kg).
We also sell Sliced Ham in 1kg portions (no condiments included).

We will have jars of glaze available in our stores closer to Xmas.
