Catering Champagne Half Cob - Free-range from Freedom Farms, approx. weight 3.5kg - Feeds 20+

Please let us know in the notes section of the cart if you would like the ham carved or we also offer half carved. 

Whole Eye Fillet:

RED WINE & HERB: Marinated in garlic, NZ olive oil, rosemary & thyme. Cooked Medium-rare & served with a red wine & balsamic reduction drizzled over. Decorated with fresh herbs. Feeds 10 -12 people - let us know if you would like it served whole or thinly sliced.

MARINATED IN PERI PERI: Cooked medium-rare. Let us know if you would like it sliced or unsliced in the notes section of the cart.

Free-range Chicken Breast: 

LEMON, OLIVE & CAPER - Free-range Chicken Breasts marinated in lemon, thyme, garlic, olives & capers. Lightly grilled then finished in the oven & served with fresh herbs. Minimum order 10.

HARISSA - Free-range Chicken Breasts marinated in our delicious spicy Harissa Sauce. Grilled then finished in the oven & served with fresh herbs. Minimum order 10.

Baked Salmon:

Individual portions: Marinated & baked salmon fillets. Marinades vary daily but are always gluten-free. Weight is usually 120g.

Whole Side of Salmon: HOT SMOKED: with maple, lemon and fennel. Feeds 12 -20.

Whole Side of Salmon: POMEGRANATE SALSA - Baked in a divine pomegranate marinade topped with a festive salsa of tomato, herbs, honey, lemon, pomegranate seeds & molasses with toasted almond flakes & fresh mint - A whole fillet of salmon feeds 12 - 20 people.

Plant-Based Protein:

Vegan Tofu: Individual portions of Vegan Organic Tofu - marinated in sriracha, soy & ginger are approx 100g.

Vegan Mushroom Wellington: this vegan delight is absolutely delicious! Portobello mushrooms & creamy cashew ricotta with lots of herbs, garlic, pecans & spinach all wrapped up in lovely flaky vegan pastry. The large Vegan Mushroom Wellington feeds 10 & is served with our homemade chutney. These are available cooked & ready to serve or frozen - for you to cook at home (with instructions on cooking). We also have the option of individual portions.
